This Policy sets out how personally identifiable information is collected, used and disclosed by Senda in relation to your access and use of our mobile application (“App”), the Senda website located at www.senda.com.au (the “Website”) and Senda’s online products and services provided therein (collectively with the App and Website, the “Service”), in order so that you may make an informed decision about your use of the service. Any collection use and release of information by retailers that issue and redeem gift cards using the Service are governed by the policies of those retailers.
We reserve the right to edit the provisions of this Policy at any time. Notification of changes will be made via the last updated date or the addition of a statement to the homepage of the App, Website or through email. Members are encouraged to review this Policy regularly to ensure they understand the use of any personally identifiable information.

Senda does not hold or store any financial information. Secure PCI complaint payment processors are used to process all transactions through the App and Website.
Automatically Collected When You Use our Service: This may include but is not limited to your Internet Protocol (IP) address (we may use this to approximate your location), unique device identifiers, your mobile number, your device model and name, your operating system, your browser type, your preferred language, and your activity on the Service. We may also automatically collect information such as how you use the features of our Service and information regarding the number, frequency, and length of each
session. This becomes personally identifiable information if we combine it with or link it to any of the identifying information mentioned above, but otherwise it is used in de-identified form only.The App collects information on the precise geo-location of your device with your consent. We will request your friend’s contact information if you elect to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Service. We may use telephone numbers, email addresses, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other social networks to invite friends to use the Service. This contact information is stored to invite your friends to use the Service and to track the success of our referral program.

Children’s Privacy
Although our Service is a general audience Service, we restrict the use of the Service to individuals under the age 18 without parent/guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 18 without parent/guardian consent.
